November 2012

25th November 2012 - The British Boxer Club held their Open show today, Jo Cairns (Galicar) was the judge & Ace won his Junior dog class& then went on to win Reserve Best Dog

17th November 2012 - After a bit of a break from the show ring we headed south west to the South Wales Boxer Club's Championship show held at Chepstow, today's judge was Breed specialist Mrs Maureen Wragg (Harmaur). Ace won his Junior Dog class & then went on to win the RESERVE CHALLENGE CERTIFICATE. His & our first Green Card! We were thrilled but before we knew it we were back in the ring again to challenge for Reserve Best in Show under BIS Judge Mr Paul Russell (Rustar) to our delight Ace won RESERVE BEST IN SHOW. It was a day we will never forget & the 3 hour journey home just flew by, many thanks to both judges & to friends & fellow exhibitors for their congratulations

October 2012

20th October 2012 - London & Home Counties Boxer Club held their Championship show today & Ace won a lovely Junior Dog class from an entry of 10, Our judge today was South African Breed Specialist Monique Hodgkinson (Tanyati).
14th October 2012 - Today we headed North to the Northern Boxer Clubs Open show, Ace was heart tested by Cardiologist Susan Roberts& we were very pleased when he passed with a score of 0/1. Next was the Open show, Ace won his Junior dog class under breed specialist Sue Mullis (Idleforde) & then went on to win Best Dog
& BEST IN SHOW from an entry of 103 Boxers. We were over the moon, many thanks to Sue & also to Vikki & the NBC committee for a wonderful day.
6th October 2012 - A busy day for us today at the Trent Boxer Clubs Championship show. Judging Boxer males was Liz Cartledge,

September 2012

20th September 2012 - We headed North today to Driffield Championship show held at a dull & wet Wetherby racecourse. We were thrilled when Ace won his first Junior dog class under breed specialist Frank Wildman (Wildax). 8th September 2012 - A 2 hour journey south for us today to the Richmond Championship show, Ace was entered in Junior dog again & went one better than Birmingham by being placed 2nd under breed specialist Claire Kay (Seacrest)
1st September 2012 - Today's show was the City of Birmingham Championship show held at Stoneleigh, our judge for today was Mrs Margaret Wildman (Wildax), Ace was entered in Junior Dog & from a massive entry of 15 he was placed 3rd. We were very pleased considering he was one of the youngest in a very strong class.

August 2012

18th August - Another long journey this time to the Royal Welsh Showground at Builth Wells for the Welsh KC Championship Show. Ace won his last Novice Dog Class under judge Val Pack-Davison (Verileas)
13th August - A long trip South today to the Bournemouth Championship Show. Despite the long journey Ace showed his socks off to
take First in his Novice Dog class. Today's Judge was Breed specialist Veronica Feaver (Sugarwood)
5th August - British Boxer Club Championship Show. Today's show was a local one for us held at the Kennel Clubs Building at Stoneleigh. Ace won a lovely Novice Dog Class giving him his 10th Championship show First prize & still only 13 Months Old! Our Judge today was Breed Specialist Julie Brown (Winuwuk)

July 2012

29th July - Today we ventured North to the grounds of Harewood House for the Leeds Championship Show. This is one of our favourite General Championship Shows. Ace really enjoyed his day out & was rewarded with VHC in the Junior Class. The judge was Mr Terry Donovan (Craigdon)

14th July - Working & Pastoral Breeds Championship Show, Ace continued his winning run with another First today. Our judge was Breed Specialist Mrs Wendy Mitchell (Diceulon)
8th July - A local show for us today as we traveled to Peterborough for the East of England Championship Show. It was another dull wet day but our sprits were lifted when Ace won his first class out of puppy - our judge today was Paul Harding (Pringham)


June 2012

28th June - Today we traveled south for the Windsor Championship Show, this was Ace's first show out of Puppy & we had a hectic start to the day by getting stuck in traffic on the M25 for over an hour & arrived at the showground just before Ace's class was starting
After running the half a mile from the car park to the ring, Ace showed his socks off & was awarded 2nd place under judge Meg Purnell-Carpenter
16th June - Back to Scotland today, this time to Kelso for the Border Union Championship show. This was Ace's last Puppy class & he finished in style winning his 7th Championship class & going Best Boxer Puppy Dog for the second week running. Many thanks to judge Doreen Greaves (Barbarossa)
7th June - Another miserable day weather wise for our trip to the Malvern showground for the Three Counties Championship show. Ace won his class & then went on to win Best Boxer Puppy Dog under judge Lorraine Webb (Mauraine)
3rd June - Our journey today took us south to the Southern Counties Championship show at Newbury. The weather was miserable but
Ace
showed really well & was rewarded with a 4th place under judge Hans Almgren

May 2012

20th May - Today we traveled North to the Scottish Kennel Clubs Championship show near Edinburgh. Today's Judge was Michael Bruggenburg-Rothschild (Merribox), Ace made the 6 hour journey worthwhile by winning his Puppy Dog class
13th May - A busy day for us at the Trent Boxer Clubs Open Show. First off was the Puppy Stakes which was judged by Sue Drinkwater (Sulez) Ace won his class & then won Best Puppy Dog in Stakes. Next was the Open show judged by Steve Martin (Olleyville) again Ace won his class & went Best Puppy Dog in Show - many thanks to both judges for Aces awards
11th May - At The Birmingham National Championship Show our judge was Mr C Habig who drew a very good entry Ace was placed a very respectable 2nd
5th May - Today we ventured North to the Tyne Wear & Tees Boxer Clubs Championship show. Our judge today was breed specialist
Mr Malcolm James (Maromad), Ace won his Puppy class & got the final points towards his Junior Warrant, gaining his Kennel Club
Stud Book Number - He is now Crufts qualified for life!

April 2012

28th April - Malvern showground was the venue for the WELKS Championship show. Our judge for today was Mr Kevin Fitzgerald (Mydaz) in a large class of 13 Ace came away with a respectable VHC
22nd April - The British Boxer Clubs Open Show was today. Ace won his class in the Puppy Stakes & then we were thrilled when Ace went on to win Best Puppy Dog & Best Puppy in Stakes under breed specialist Mr Robert Vanston (Vandenrob). Next up was the Open Show judged by Mr Keith Baldwin (Nightstorm) Ace again won his class & followed this up with Best Puppy Dog in Show, quite a day!
15th April - Today we went to the Merseyside Boxer Clubs Championship show, Ace was in another large class of 11 Boxer Puppies & got a very nice 2nd place under respected all-rounder Mr Derek Smith (Clickham)
8th April - Another Puppy win for Ace today at Mount sorrel& DCS under judge Mrs Judith Middleton (Dornoir)
7th April - North again today but this time to the Northern Boxer Clubs Championship Show, today's judge was Breed Specialist Mr Steve Gething (Jeddhi), another big class for Ace of 11 Boxer Puppies which we are delighted to say he won, later going on to take Best Puppy Dog & on the Referees decision (Mrs Shirley Butters - Mindenwood) BEST PUPPY IN SHOW for the second week running. Big thanks to our web mistress & Northern Secretary Vikki Van-Beck & her committee for a lovely show & a memorable Easter
1st April - We headed North today to Manchester for the Mancunian Boxer Clubs Championship Show, our Judge for this show was much respected all rounder Mrs Ferelith Somerfield, Ace was entered in one of the biggest classes of the day with 15 other Boxer Puppies & showed like a veteran to take first place, Best Puppy Dog & in agreement with Co judge Mrs Liz Cartledge BEST PUPPY IN SHOW. To make the day even more special it was the Mancunian Boxer Clubs 60th Anniversary show - many thanks to the Officers & Committee of the Mancunian& of course both judges for a day we will never forget

March 2012

25 March - Woodgreen was today's venue for the Essex & Eastern Counties BC Championship Show, Ace had to move up a class & was entered in his first Boxer Puppy Class. Today's judge was Breed Specialist Mrs Jenny Whittaker (Bucksteps) who thrilled us by placing Ace 2nd behind the Reserve CC winner
17th March - Back to the Newark Showground again today for the West Torrington & DCS Open show, Ace won a super Boxer Puppy class of 9 and Best Puppy in Breed under Breed Specialist Mrs Val Jackson (Horringer)
3rd March - A local Open show for Ace today with the Wath, West Melton & DCS held at the Newark Showground. Our judge was Pearl Chadwick & Ace won Best Puppy in Breed & Working Puppy Group 1

February 2012

26th February - Ace continued his winning streak at Hinckley & DCS Open Show winning 1st Place in Boxer Puppy (out of an entry of 8) followed by Reserve Best of Breed, Best Puppy in Breed & Puppy Group 4, today's judge was Mrs Sue Mycroft (Supeta)
19th February - Today we headed north for the Mancunian Boxer Clubs Open Show, Ace thoroughly enjoyed himself saying hello to everyone he met. Special Puppy Event judge Mrs Andrea Wimbush (Redmol) gave Ace 1st prize in the 8 to 10 Months PD class out of 9, he then followed this with another 1st prize in the MPD class in the Open Show under Breed Specialist Mrs Eileen Kelly (Casemates)

11th February - Midland Boxer Club Championship Show, Ace was again entered in one of the biggest classes of the day MPD with an entry of 20, Judging Males was Finish Judge Mr Olavi Tuovinen Ace showed so well & was rewarded with another 4th place in good company
4th February - Today we had an early start as we traveled south to the Cotswold Boxer Clubs Open Show, first off was the Special Puppy Event judged by Mrs Rita Williams (Willrait) Ace was placed 3rd out of 7 so a nice start, next up was the Open Show judged by Mr Mark Beardow (Sipowitz). Ace showed really well & was rewarded by winning his class of 9 & then went on to win Best Puppy Dog
& Best Puppy In Show.
What an exciting day made more interesting by the snow on our journey home, not that we minded!

January 2012

28th January - Today we were showing at the Anglian Boxer Clubs Championship Show, Ace was placed a very respectable 4th in his MPD class under Breed Specialist Mrs Edna Woods (Sandyne) from an entry of 16
21st January - Today we traveled to the Stafford Showground for Manchester DSS & Ace's first Championship Show with CC's available. We were surprised to find that his MPD class had the largest Boxer entry of the day with a massive 23 entered. Ace showed his socks off& was awarded 1st place by our judge, Breed Specialist Carol Schofield (Koppernox) many thanks to Carol for making it a very special day for us & for qualifying Ace for Crufts 2013
7th January - Boston & DCS Championship Show, held at the East of England Showground this very enjoyable show was a first for us Ace won 1st place in his PD class & then went on to win Best Puppy in Breed under judge Marion Sargent

1st January - New Years Day & we were off to the Northern Boxer Clubs Open Show, first off was the Special Puppy Event Ace showed
well winning his class & later going on to win Best Puppy in Special Puppy Event, many thanks to Judge Tina Gilmour Next up was the Open show, the judge this time was Maria Harding & she awarded Ace 2nd in a strong MPD class A very enjoyable show as usual

December 2011

30th December - Today we traveled to Godmanchester to the Luton Premier Show, our judge today was Angela Huxley Ace won 1st place in his class & went Best Puppy in Breed, a very well run show & a nice day catching up with friends we have not seen for a while

17th December - After a break of 7 months we were back in the show ring with our new hopeful Kevanor Federer (Ace) this time showing a male! At his first show 'the Midland Boxer Club' he won first place in the SPE 6 to 8 Months class under judge Sarah Portlock & then went on to win MPD in the Open Show, the judge this time was Christine Breakspear. We were thrilled & Ace thoroughly enjoyed his day& all at just 6 months old on the day!

June 2011

24th June 2011 - Not to be upstaged by her sister Shannon, Keira has delivered her litter of 8 Boxer Babies as well, the father of her litter is 'Faerdorn Faegen at Sunvalley' (Toby) Keira & babies are well

17th June 2011 - An exciting time for us as today as Shannon delivered her litter of 8 Boxer Babies, the father is the Boxer Breed record holder 'Champion Winuwuk Lust at First Sight' (Max) Mum & babies are well, for more information please visit our Puppies Page

3rd June 2011 - A very sad day for us all at Kevanor as Cassie had been admitted to the vets the previous week with Gastric Torsion, a very serious condition, she had an emergency operation to correct the problem & was allowed home 2 days later & seemed back to her usual self, but unfortunately a complication arose which resulted in her being rushed back into the vets again for an operation as she was very ill with peritonitis.

Sadly she never survived the operation leaving us all devastated at her loss, Cassie was a very special Boxer to us & taught us a lot about the breed, being our first homebred showgirl, our first Crufts qualifier, she had a fantastic temperament & above all was a wonderful family member, she will be greatly missed - RIP Cassie

Anna entered in the Boston & DCS Evening show, our judge was breed specialist Mrs Annette Rushton (Davnette) Anna was placed 2nd in the Boxer Junior class behind the BOB winner & then thrilled us by winning the Boxer Post Graduate class which gave Anna her final Junior Warrant point (subject to Kennel Club confirmation)

May 2011

DCS Open Show, Anna won both Boxer Junior & Post Graduate classes & then went Best of Breed under judge Mr Rob Greenhill

15th May 2011 - A busy day for us today as the Trent Boxer Clubs Open Show was held at Shirland where both Gaynor & I are on committee, Anna was placed 2nd in Junior behind the Best in Show winner & then 2nd in Post Graduate behind the Reserve BIS winner, Our judge today was Mr Phil Claus (Merribo)

7th May 2011 - Tyne Wear & Tees Boxer Club was the venue for today's Championship show, Despite a 3 hour journey to the North East, Anna pulled out all the stops to take a good second place behind the Reserve CC winner in the graduate bitch class from an entry of 10, Many thanks to judge Mrs Anna Donnachie (Tyzack)

2nd May 2011 - At the Newark & Notts Agricultural show today Anna was entered in Boxer Junior & Post Graduate she thrilled us by winning both her classes & getting Reserve Best of Breed under all rounder Mr J Ritchie

29th April 2011 - The beautiful Three Counties Showground set below the Malvern hills was the venue for today's Championship show WELKS, Judging Boxers was Mrs Ann Podmore (Dalgarry), Anna was placed Reserve in the Junior Bitch class

22nd - 24th April 2011 - A busy bank holiday weekend for Anna with two shows entered & two classes at each show, first up was Eastwood Open Show under Breed Judge Helen Griffin. Anna won her Junior class & was placed a very respectable 2nd in Post Graduate. On the Sunday it was back to Newark for the Derby CS Open Show. Anna again won the Junior Class & then went one better than Fridays show by winning her Post Graduate class & getting Best of Breed, followed by Working Group 3, many thanks to Breed specialist Mrs Liz Adams (Carkennar Boxers) who had traveled all the way from Scotland to judge Boxers today

10th April 2011 - Today we headed North for the Northern Boxer Clubs Championship show, Judging Boxer Bitches was Mrs Wendy Barrow who placed Anna 3rd in Novice Bitch

March 2011

27th March 2011 - Today's Championship show was held at Woodgreen animal shelter & was hosted by the Essex & Eastern Boxer Club. Our judge for Boxer bitches was Mrs Mandy Laidlaw (Roamaro), Anna showed really well & was placed 3rd in Novice bitch.

19th March 2011 - West Torrington DCC, Boxer judge today was Mrs Penny Sands, Anna won 1st place in the Boxer Junior class
11th March 2011 - We had a very subdued journey to the NEC today for the Dog Show World's most prestigious show - Crufts! being only 6 days since we lost Jade. It has been very upsetting for all of us (Humans & Boxers) but as a tribute to Jade we made the effort. Our Judges today were husband & wife team Helen & Eddie Banks (Norwatch Sunhawk Boxers) & Anna thrilled us by getting 2nd place in the Junior Bitch class out of an entry of 13, & her brother Charlie (owned by Barrie & Judy Alton) also got 2nd place in Junior dog out of 12 which really helped to lift our spirits, Jades grandchildren did her proud!

5th March 2011 - A very difficult time for us at Kevanor as Anna qualified for the Prestigious Mancunian Pup of the Year competition which was held today at the Boxer Event. She was the 6th Top Winning Boxer Bitch Puppy of 2010 a great achievement but unfortunately we had to make the decision to withdraw her as Anna's Grandmother Jade has been very ill & was diagnosed with a brain tumour, over the last week her condition had deteriorated & so today we had to make the painful decision to let her go to prevent her suffering

Jade was very special to us & is behind all the Boxers we have here, she will be very sadly missed RIP Jadey

February 2011

27th February 2011 - Hinckley & DCS our judge for Boxers today was Miss Vicky Mewett (Paxis) Anna won both the Junior & Post Graduate classes and then went on to win Best of Breed

20th February 2011 - Matlock & DCS - A busy weekend exhibiting for Anna with her second show in two days, but it didn't phase her as she went on to win both of her classes in very good company, thank you to Breed Judge Mrs Diane Hannam (Dibrid)

19th February 2011 - Working & Pastoral Breeds - Today's judge was Mrs Sue Poole-Bartlett (Bartlans) & she gave Anna second place in Boxer Junior & First place in Post Graduate - she was then called back into the challenge to take Reserve Best of Breed

14th February 2011 - Midland Boxer Club Championship Show - Mrs M Ostlund-Holmsten from Sweden was today's Boxer Bitch judge, Anna got Reserve in Novice Bitch & Charlie qualified for Crufts 2012 by winning Third place in Junior Dog under judge Mrs Ruth Perrett. Well Done Barrie & Charlie

29th January 2011 - Anglian Boxer Club Championship Show - Today's show was at a very cold Newark Showground, Anna was entered in her first Novice Bitch Class & was awarded First place under breed specialist Mrs Jean O'Connor (Telmonns) & her brother Charlie was placed Reserve in a big Junior Dog Class. A very good day for Kevanor with both Anna & Charlie also passing their Heart tests both scored 0/1

December 2010

28th December 2010 - Ashbourne CS Anna wins her first Boxer Junior class, judge today was Mrs Ann Dodds

18th December 2010 - Lincoln CS today we had both Anna & Keira entered under Boxer Judge Mrs Alison Turner (Tigalian). We were delighted when both girls won their classes & Anna went on to win Best Puppy in Breed (from her last Puppy Class) & Keira won Best of Breed from an entry of 24, Anna then went on to win the Working Puppy Group under judge Mrs Bridgette Bodel

11th December 2010 - LKA Championship Show - Anna was awarded VHC in her last Championship Show puppy class under breed specialist Mrs Linda Carnaby (Tartarian)

27th November 2010 - Burton on Trent CS - Anna wins Best Puppy in Breed under judge Sara Brooks (Jinnybrux) & Puppy Group 2

13th November 2010 - Today's Championship show was the South Western Boxer Clubs held near Western-Super-Mare. The Judge for Bitches was Mr Karl Eric Johannson from Sweden, Anna was entered in Puppy Bitch & was awarded a very good 2nd place out of 15 behind the eventual Best Puppy in Show winner. This was particularly exciting for us as Mr Johannson had placed Anna's mother Shannon 3rd in a class of 20 last time he judged in the UK.

7th November 2010 - Coventry (Foleshill) CS held their Open show at Ryton near Coventry today, the Boxer Judge today was Mrs Jo Cobb (Topauly), Anna won her Puppy Class & then went on to win Best Puppy in Breed, Reserve Best of Breed & Puppy Group 4.

August to October 2010

29th October 2010 - Bingley Hall Stafford was the venue for the Midland Counties Championship Show with our judge for today Mrs Sue Ballinger (Tynteville), Anna was entered in a lovely class of 11 Puppy Bitches & we were thrilled when she was awarded 1st Place.It has been a very busy last couple of months in the show ring & we have not got round to updating the news, so a brief recap of Anna's results over the last 3 months follows :

At Championship Shows Anna was placed VHC at the Welsh KC under Mrs Pat Heath (Seefeld) followed by VHC at Driffield in her first Puppy Class under all rounder Mrs Christina Chapman

While at Open shows she won her Boxer Puppy class and Best Puppy in Breed at City of Leicester (Judge Mr Kevin Godwin - Sultash) & Puppy Group 2, followed by 2nd in the Puppy Stakes (Judge Mrs Claire Kay - Seacrest) at the Anglian Boxer Club & 1st Minor Puppy Bitch followed by Best Puppy Bitch & Best Puppy in Show under breed specialist Mrs Fiona Godwin (Sultash)

Next up was Derby CS All Breeds Open Show where under Judge Mrs Marion Richardson (Hembadoon), she won her Puppy class, Best Puppy in Breed & Reserve BOB she then went Puppy Group 2 (Mr Keith Baldwin)

This was followed by the Northern Boxer Clubs Open Show where Anna won her class in the Puppy Stakes (Mrs Val Jordan - Sunvalley) & also her class in the Open Show (Mrs Jo Cairns - Galicar) followed by Best Puppy Bitch in Show.

16 October 2010 - Today we traveled down to the London & Home Counties Boxer Club's Championship Show. This is one of our favorite shows & this year was no exception with the Club celebrating their Golden Anniversary. Our Judge today was Breed specialist Mrs Jean Watson (Roylark), Anna was entered in the Puppy Bitch Class with a very good entry of 14 - she showed her socks off & we were thrilled when she was awarded 2nd Place this was followed by her brother 'Charlie' (Kevanor Re Issue to Tarpen) who was placed 3rd in Puppy Dog out of a entry of 13 under judge Mrs Wendy Brooks (Jinnybrux) - qualifying him for Crufts 2011 - Well done Charlie,Barrie & Judy!

1st & 2nd August 2010 - A busy couple of days for us with two Championship Shows entered. First up was a short journey to the British Boxer Clubs Champ Show near Coventry with Anna entered in Minor Puppy Bitch - we were thrilled when she was awarded 2nd Place Under Breed Specialist Mr Ian Basnett (Eriska) in a quality class of Boxer bitches, next on the Monday was a 7 hour round trip to Paignton Champ Show, despite the long journey & the show the day before Anna really enjoyed her day out & showed her socks off, she was rewarded with a VHC under judge Mrs Wendy Mitchell.

23rd July 2010 - Today the picturesque grounds of Harewood House was the setting for Leeds Championship Show
Our judge for today was Breed Specialist Mrs Shirley Butters (Mindenwood) who had traveled from Ireland. Anna's class had a entry of 13 & we were thrilled when Anna got 2nd place

17th July 2010 - Today we traveled to the National Working & Pastoral Breeds Championship Show at the beautiful Three Counties Showground at Malvern, Anna was entered in a massive class of 22 Boxer Minor Puppy bitches & was placed a very respectable 4th under judge Mrs Lesley Wearing (Miofrey)

9th July 2010 - Today we were at East of England Championship Show, an early start as Anna was in the first class of the day & won the Minor Puppy Bitch class under breed specialist Mrs Wendy Brooks (Jinnybrux) who later gave her Best Puppy Bitch & in agreement with the Dog Judge Mr Greg Dowell awarded her Best Puppy in Breed for the second show running Our thanks to both judges at this enjoyable & very well run show

3rd July 2010 - Today we traveled down to Windsor for Anna's first Championship Show
The showground is situated in the beautiful grounds of Home Park just below Windsor Castle
The judge for today was breed specialist Mr Tim Hutchings of the famous Winuwuk Boxers, Anna was entered in Minor Puppy Bitch, a massive class of 20, & to our delight she was awarded first prize qualifying her for Crufts 2011, later she went on to compete for Best Puppy in Breed which she also won, all at just 6 months & one week old - We were over the moon & couldn't have wished for a better championship show debut. Many thanks to all of our friends & fellow exhibitors for their congratulations & to the judge for making it a truly memorable day.

27th June 2010 - After a break from the show ring following Shannon's litter we got back into the swing of exhibiting with Anna's first show at Derby Agricultural Premier Open Show, at just 6 months & one day old she won the Boxer Puppy class & went Best Puppy in Breed under Breed specialist Mr David Higginson (Samnco), Anna then got down to the last 7 out of 23 puppies for Best Puppy in Show. Many thanks to both the judges

11th March 2010 - All Shannon's pups have now gone to live with their new families - we have decided to keep two girls Anna & Sophia who will soon have their own pages. Today we went to our first show of 2010 - CRUFTS - We had both Shannon & Roxy entered but decided to leave Shannon at home as she is still recovering from her maternal duties. Roxy was entered in a massive Graduate Bitch class of 24, & although not placed we were pleased to make the final cut, Roxy really enjoyed her day out after her break from the show ring. Congratulations to all the winners.

28th & 29th November 2009 - A busy weekend for us which started at the West Torrington Open Show at the Newark Showground on Saturday with Roxy being placed 2nd in Boxer Post Grad Class, today's judge was Mrs Linda Box (Boxken) & then on Sunday we traveled South to the British Boxer Clubs Open Show at Drayton in Oxfordshire, Roxy was in the Yearling Bitch Class which she won & she was then shortlisted for Reserve Best Bitch in show in very good company. Today's Judge was breed specialist Mrs Val Jordan (Sunvalley)

21st November 2009 - Today we traveled to the South Wales Boxer Clubs Championship Show near Cardiff on a very wet & blustery day, Roxy was entered in Graduate Bitch & was rewarded with a Reserve placing under judge Mrs Jenny Whittaker (Bucksteps)

1st November 2009 - A busy weekend for us with two shows entered, firstly we traveled to the Northern Boxer Club's Limit Show on Saturday & were thrilled with Roxy winning Graduate Bitch & Shannon placed second in Post Graduate bitch under Breed Specialist Mrs Christine Breakspear (Porth). Then on Sunday at The Coventry (Foleshill) CA Open Show, Roxy won the Boxer Graduate class - the judge today Mrs Angela Huxley (Blixen). We decided to rest Shannon as she has now been mated to CH Walkon Made 'N' Issue & will hopefully be due to give birth on Christmas Eve she will not be show again until after her pups are born

17th October 2009 - Today we traveled down to the London & Home Counties Boxer Club Championship Show
It was an exciting day for us as Roxy was being shown by us for the first time since coming back home & thrilled us by showing her socks off in Graduate Bitch & was rewarded with a Third prize (out of 9) in good company. Next off was Shannon who was entered in Post Graduate Bitch & just missed out in the cards with a Sixth place out of a beautiful class of 14 a very enjoyable day

3rd October 2009 - We are very pleased to announce that Roxy has returned to our family at Kevanor & we are looking forward to her being campaigned along with Shannon around the shows

12th August 2009 - Keira gave birth to a lovely litter of 4 pups 1 x White Girl,1 x White Boy & 2 Brindle & White Girls

18th July 2009 - National Working & Pastoral Championship Show
Today we traveled down to the Three Counties Showground at Malvern for the National Working & Pastoral Breeds Championship Show. It was a subdued journey with the loss of Amy still fresh in our minds. We only had Shannon entered as Keira has been mated & will not be shown again until after the puppies are born - they are due on August 10th so keep checking the puppies page for further details.
Our judge for the day was Mr Karl Eric Johansson from Sweden & we were thrilled to be placed 3rd from a beautiful Post Graduate class of 20 Boxer bitches, thereby qualifying Shannon for Crufts 2010, which really lifted our spirits.

16th July 2009 - A very sad day for us all at Kevanor as we made the difficult decision to have Amy put to sleep She had been diagnosed with a brain tumor & her condition had deteriorated over the past week, so to save her from further suffering we decided it was time for her to join Emma & Tia at Rainbow Bridge. She will be greatly missed by us all. Thank you to all our friends for their condolences

15th June 2009 - Three Counties Championship Show
Today we had both Keira & Shannon entered but only took Shannon as Keira is in season & were thrilled when Shannon was placed Reserve in a very strong Limit Bitch class under Breed Specialist Mr B M Webb (Mauraine)

24 May 2009 - Bath Championship Show
We had a really nice day at Bath CH show & a couple of very good placings with our girls. Keira won the Post Graduate Bitch class & Shannon was Third in Limit Bitch under breed specialist Mrs Denise Barrett (Valdenton)

9th May 2009 - Birmingham National Championship Show
Keira is placed Third in Graduate Bitch under Breed specialist Mary Hambleton (Marbelton)

18-Apr-09 Mansfield & District Canine Society Open Show
Keira won the Post Graduate Class & Shannon was placed first in the Open class, she also went BOB and then won the Working Group under Judge Marion Sargent (Tegwani) a very enjoyable day

11-Apr-09 The Northern Boxer Club 60th Anniversary Championship Show
Keira is placed VHC in Graduate Bitch, Shannon makes the cut in a massive Post Graduate Bitch class from an entry of 29 and Roxy is placed 3rd in Novice Bitch

Keira is placed VHC in Graduate Bitch

22-Mar-09 Essex & Eastern Counties Championship show
Keira is placed VHC in Graduate Bitch in good company & Roxy wins her first championship show class in Novice Bitch - Well Done Roxy & Sheila
